How to Install Cricfy TV APK on Android: Step-by-Step Guide (2026)
Cricfy TV isn't on the Google Play Store, so installing it works a little differently from your usual apps. The good news: it takes about two minutes, and you only do the setup once. This guide walks you through how to install Cricfy TV on any Android phone or tablet, step by step.
Before you start
You need three things:
- An Android phone or tablet running Android 8.0 or newer.
- About 150 MB of free storage for the APK file and the installed app.
- A stable internet connection for the download.
Step 1: Download the Cricfy TV APK
Grab the latest APK from our Cricfy TV APK download page. Always download from this official site — APK files from random third-party websites are the number-one source of fake or tampered copies.
Step 2: Allow installs from unknown sources
Because Cricfy TV comes from outside the Play Store, Android asks for permission once:
- Open Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
- Select the app you'll open the APK with (usually Chrome or Files).
- Turn on “Allow from this source”.
On older Android versions (7 and below) this is a single toggle under Settings → Security → Unknown sources.
Step 3: Open the APK and install
Find the downloaded file in your notification shade or in Files → Downloads, tap it, then tap Install. It takes under a minute.
Step 4: Launch and start watching
Open Cricfy TV from your app drawer. No account or login is needed — pick a sport on the home screen and tap any live event. If channels take a moment to load on first launch, that's normal; the app is fetching the latest channel list.
Fixing the “App not installed” error
If the installation fails, run through this checklist:
- Free up storage. This is the most common cause — clear a few hundred MB and try again.
- Re-download the APK. An interrupted download produces a corrupted file that Android refuses to install.
- Remove any existing copy first if you're updating — mismatched signatures between copies block the install.
- Check your Android version. Very old devices (below Android 5) aren't supported.
