Cricfy TV respects the intellectual property rights of others. Channels and streams inside the app are provided by third parties; we do not host video content on our own servers.

Notice of claimed infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act for one) and believe that content accessible through the app infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice with:

• Your full name, address and email so we can contact you.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail for us to locate it (channel name, event, date/time seen).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Send DMCA notices via the contact page with the subject "DMCA Notice".

Our response

Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Where appropriate, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers' access where applicable.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and your consent to local jurisdiction. We will forward it to the original complainant.
